Description
First real submission to my new account! Mitsuo, although Japanese/Korean, is a mime (and assassin with rosacea and insomnia). Mimes are French, and what else is French? Art Nouveau! I'm not sure I like the flats and smooths together, but I like the color choices. This was a normal round.
